Pilates by Abby has become a go-to movement space for so many in our community — and our vision remains just as strong. We're here to help you move in a way that feels good, challenges you, and works for your body.
Our instructors truly care — we take the time to understand your goals, support any injuries, and consider your mental wellbeing too. Every class can be modified to suit your individual needs, so you can get the most out of your time.
Our studio is welcoming, supportive, and full of connection. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, you’ll always be greeted with friendly faces — and chances are, you’ll walk out feeling like you’ve just made a few new friends.
Reformer, Barre & Mat Pilates
Reformer Pilates-
Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine. This machine contains a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and five springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs. Reformer Pilates may just be the most popular way to exercise as it is well suited to all fitness levels, genders and ages. We have 9 reformers to 1 instructor. Our instructors make sure we move around focused on our clients technique and to be able to answer any questions along the way!
Mat Pilates-
Mat Pilates, typically done on a mat, has been one of the most popular workouts for decades. It offers a way to work your core through repeated movements that are all about technique and breathing. It allows you to strengthen and tone your midsection, as well as your arms and legs, and it can provide support for people with back problems.
We like to mix it up and incorporate props, from magic circles, sliders, weights. Mat Pilates is suited for all fitness levels and you will be in a small and intimate setting.
Hot Mat Pilates-
Hot Mat Pilates takes your classic mat class to the next level — combining core-focused Pilates movement with the added challenge of heat. Set in a warm studio, this class is designed to increase flexibility, boost circulation, and help you connect more deeply to your breath and body. Expect a full-body burn as you strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt, all while sweating it out. The heat helps muscles open up and move more freely — and yes, you’ll feel those deep core muscles you didn’t know existed.
Barre Pilates-
Barre is a workout format that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates all into one dynamic, effective class. Barre classes feature functional movements designed to improve balance and strength, while its dance-based moves elongate and tone muscles. You are bound to find little muscles you never knew existed.

At Pilates by Abby, we’re more than just instructors — we’re a team of passionate, supportive humans who genuinely care about your journey. Each of us brings something a little different to the studio, but what unites us is our shared belief in the power of movement to support both the body and the mind.
We understand that every day feels different. Some days, you feel strong and ready to go. Other days, just showing up is the win — and that’s more than enough. We don’t expect perfection here, just presence. Our team is here to meet you where you're at, and to help you feel empowered, confident, and motivated, no matter how your day is going.
PBA was created with a clear vision — to create a space that feels calm, connected, and community-driven. Every detail of our studio flow has been thought through to support you — not a one-size-fits-all workout, but something tailored to what your body needs in each moment, whether that’s strength, flexibility, or recovery.
Our instructors come from a range of backgrounds and training styles, but we all share a commitment to helping you feel supported and seen. We keep our class sizes small so we can work closely with you, no matter your skill level or experience. If you're just getting started, you’re in good hands — we’ve all been beginners once, and we’ll be right here to guide you every step of the way.
